Pre-summer check

 *   Check firefighting equipment is working and in a suitable location.
 *   Clear fences of rubbish and undergrowth.
 *   Check that all screens are in good condition.
 *   Ensure roof is in good condition and gutters are clear of leaves.
 *   Check that the under floor area is fully protected.
 *   Carry out pre-season hazard reduction burnoffs.
