It may become necessary because of changed weather conditions to issue a temporary notice or notification to prohibit or restrict the lighting of fires in the open.  This may apply locally, across a whole Shire or to the whole State. 

Such notices and notifications are published on the QFRS and Rural Fire Service websites and in the media.  Even though you have a permit these notifications override the permit and you must not light a fire.  If you have any doubts you should check firstly with your Fire Warden.
